About the Role

We need more energy heroes, and we are now looking for a Project Leader in Construction who wants to join us on the journey towards a fossil-free life! Is that you? The position is a fixed-term employment for 1 year.

As a Project Leader, you belong to the department Project Engineers South, which is responsible for the construction of substations for electricity transmission in southern Sweden. We develop designs for control systems and mechanical steel structures of substations.

As a Project Leader, you are responsible for following up on the construction work in our larger projects. It is a coordinating role where you will convene and lead follow-up meetings in various constellations.

Your main tasks also include:

• Managing our digital construction mailbox
• Checking the feasibility of incoming assignments together with colleagues
• Securing resources for the implementation of construction matters
• Keeping our maintenance list updated with the status of ongoing matters
• Continuously communicating the progress of our matters to various internal and external stakeholders
• Reporting monthly statistics for completed matters and contributing to certain other administrative tasks in the department
• Making your own drawing changes in CAD

Requirements

We are looking for someone who enjoys combining administrative work with leading meetings and working in a coordinating role. You have a knack for creating structure and managing multiple contacts and matters simultaneously. To succeed in the role, you need to be self-driven, take responsibility for your tasks, and have a very good ability to collaborate with both internal and external parties.

We know that you will develop together with us. However, we would like you to already have:

• Very good communication skills and experience in leading digital meetings
• Experience in providing high-quality service to both internal and external customers
• A high school diploma or higher
• Good IT and computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience in coordination/project management
• Experience in documentation management
• Experience in a technology-heavy business
• Experience in a CAD environment
